• Please switch off air conditioning, lights and appliances when not in use
• Keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is on
• Jacuzzi: to be used only and exclusively during the times indicated

  • Tourist tax € 3 per person/night (not applicable under 14 years)
  • Out of respect for the neighbourhood, we ask for silence in the hours between 23h30 and 08h00 in the morning.
We provide linen for all beds, some towels, some tablecloths and some tea towels; all rented from a specialized company that sanitizes everything.
The house is equipped with everything: kitchen complete with appliances (including an American coffee machine, moka, blender, toaster), vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board, drying rack, washing machine, dishwasher; Free WI FI, air conditioning, satellite TV, PHON in the bathrooms, broom, dustpan, vacuum cleaner, bucket, floor brush... nothing is missing!
You will also be provided, as a courtesy, with an initial supply of: dishwasher tablets, cleaning detergent, toilet paper, oil, salt, vinegar.
PLEASE NOTE: For greater guest protection, the house is sanitised on the day of check-in by two cleaning ladies and sanitised using special products.

Notes on fares-booking: **non-refundable rate-booking. In case of cancellation after booking no refund is allowed
